Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for any co-hosts you invite.

When you upload guests' names and phone numbers, you act as the data controller for that information under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). EverAfter processes it only on your instruction, to deliver invitations and collect RSVPs.

You confirm you have a lawful basis to share your guests' contact details with us, and that every guest-facing message will carry a privacy notice and a working opt-out.

Event passes are one-time purchases priced by guest count. Payments are handled by our payment provider; card details never touch our servers. Refunds follow the policy published at checkout.

Gift funds never pass through EverAfter. Mobile Money contributions flow directly from your guests to your own wallet; we store only a reference and amount for your dashboard.

Do not use EverAfter to send unsolicited bulk messages, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access another couple's event. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

We work hard to keep the service reliable, especially on event days, but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your event pass.
